T Jaganathan

T. Jaganathan is a University First (Gold Medalist) Engineer with Business Administration Diploma. Has held key corporate positions for 18 years. Specifically, he built up the Total India Networking Infrastructure for ANZ Grindlays Bank (currently Standard Chartered Bank). He was part of the Senior Management Team that set up world Class 350-seater BPO Center in Mumbai for EFunds International. He had handled technology migration for key outsourcing projects like West Teleservices, AMEX.

Faizullah Alias Faiz

Faizullah founded Cogent Innovation http://www.cogentsite.com, a software product company in 1996. Faizullah created innovative software products in the areas of Service Management and Facility Management. Cogent’s Service Management Software "Synergy" caters to any company with a large service force. TouchPoint www.usetouchpoint.com is the Facility Management Software is a web-based enterprise-wide solution covering modules namely Visitor Management, Fixed Asset Management and other office management related modules.

Bhanu Cousik

Bhanu with her experience of 30+ years specializes in Organizational Management, business development, Executive coaching, Sales, Project Management, Automation, manpower optimization and facilitative trainings.

Having done a long stint with Banking in India and UAE process (Standard Chartered Bank), her scope of work included customer delight and projects on process migration and mentoring teams to adapt to change. She has been instrumental in many product aunches, which include IVR, Internet Banking and CRM migration. She was instrumental in various inhouse projects, developing the Customer and Coaching Interaction Cycle across processes in the UAE Operations along with implementing “Day 1 readiness” Training for new joiners. Her roles included leading large teams in Service, Sales, Training, Coaching and process improvements. She has taken active participation in HIV Aids Corporate and public awareness programs. Key sectors she worked with as a consultant are manufacturing,IT, Property sales, Health care, Service industry and Education
